Can I return a decant if I don't like the scent?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used decants — this is standard practice across the cosmetics and perfume industry. That's exactly why decants exist: to let you test a fragrance affordably before committing to a full bottle. We recommend starting with our 2ml or 5ml sizes to minimize risk.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We always stand behind what we ship. You're eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

• Your decant arrives damaged (broken atomizer, leaking bottle)
• You receive the wrong product
• Your package is lost in transit
• There's a clear quality issue with the fragrance itself

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at meiyaodong553@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll handle it within 24-48 hours.

How long do refunds take?
